• Screenshot of your product
• Proof of purchase
• A brief description of the issue

Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a new adhesive sticker so you can keep enjoying your Ecoco product worry-free!

Note: The adhesive sticker is suitable for installation on ceramic tile, glass, smooth plastic, mirrors, painted wood, and stainless steel. It is not recommended for rough or uneven surfaces.
